Oh my! Time has gone very fast with not a single post. Don't let this fool you, however...I am still learning (and mentoring). I will hopefully be able to reflect on my experiences soon...check back in the near future.

Don't worry. There's an ebb and flow to this kind of reflective work. We all have our times of intense activity, and those are tempered by times when nothing much seems to be happening. But, as you say, the learning continues under the surface. Looking forward to your next reflection.
